friendly reminder that one time Xaldin never RTC’d from a mission and had to be actively retrieved on Saix’s orders when it became apparent he’d gone missing
and it wasn’t because he was injured or otherwise incapable of returning
but because he became SO DEEPLY INVESTED in cockblocking the Beast that he either a) completely fucking lost all track of time (I mean Roxas sets off on all of his missions in the morning so presumably Mission 83 means Xaldin was at Beast’s Castle at least overnight, if not for several days), or else b) Xaldin considered Operation Cockblock more immediately important than finishing his assigned mission and reporting back, even though ordinarily he probably takes missions more seriously than anyone else in the Org
