Just some background practice~

Nothing too fancy, (or finished) I just wanted to expand my drawing areas a bit more. New years resolution and stuff 🙂

Based off a screenshot where you find Prompto after the fight on the train. I stood by him and took loads of pics XD

Can I request “Another sleepless night, huh?” with the guardian’s ghost?

nutshaxx:

*gasp* gosh i love ghosts and my ghost and just ghost

There were many things a Ghost could fix; physical injuries, internal bleeding, illnesses and diseases, severed limbs, and more but out of all those countless things they could never mend their Guardian’s state of mind. From what you knew that’s what led countless Guardians to madness and it’s what’s led you sitting up in the pilot’s seat, head bowed in between your knees and arms wrapped around your legs.

“Another sleepless night, huh?” Ghost asked as his one eye zeroed in on your hunched form.

“How long have I been awake?” Your voice came out just barely under a whisper. Seconds passed in silence as your Ghost made a slow circle around the room probably judging the cluttered mess it was in.

“Going on seventeen hours and forty-five minutes now,” even from your position you could feel his single eye staring at you. “They can’t hurt you anymore,” Ghost’s words of soft encouragement only made you curl up into a tighter ball. Just when you were about to wave him off back into your backpack you felt a slight weight be added upon your knee.

Sitting there was Ghost with his blue eye dimmed to match the faint lighting in the room and his shell pieces were lifted up so he wouldn’t poke you. “They can’t hurt me anymore.” The confidence brought tears back into your eyes because- even after almost dying together- he still trusted you.

“I know,” you brought your hands around the little light to cup him, your frown curling up in a faint smile when he uncomfortably wiggled around. “Because I won’t let them.” Bringing him up close, you gently placed a kiss on his shell causing Ghost to sigh.

“Try getting some sleep, would you? You’re not you when you’re tired.”
